Our sensory wheel highlights the tasting notes, textures, and aromas of our Trinitario cocoa beans. Roasted at 130ºc, our beans are fudgy, sweet, slightly bitter, with a faint flavour of dry fruit and florals. As the first tree to cocoa product manufacturer on the West Coast.
