Cacao has been a mainstay of cultures for centuries, and it’s not going anywhere. We’re committed to participating in research that strengthens communities and the cocoa industry.
We are working with the Food & Beverage Innovation Centre at the University of British Columbia to develop and optimize techniques to extract high-quality cocoa butter from bean.
