Unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless the item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please ensure that you have a receipt or proof of purchase and a completed return form.
If you cancel your purchase within 24 hours, we will issue a refund. However, if you cancel your order after 24 hours, the refund process may take several weeks.
Please note that we only issue refunds on returns if there is a quality or expiration issue. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, kindly be advised that any refunds issued to customers will be provided in the form of store credit, which can be used towards the purchase of our store products. We believe that this ensures a convenient and seamless shopping experience for our valued customers.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds after the first week of purchase. However, if your product is damaged or arrives in poor condition, we will issue a refund if we cannot replace it for you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1. Check your bank account again to confirm whether the refund has been processed.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. If the refund is still not showing up, contact your bank. Please note that there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
We are only able to issue refunds for regularly priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We don't exchange products.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for the costs of your own shipping, unless you purchase 250 kg or more of products.
We may require a deposit of up to 80% on your pre-order or order, depending on the availability of cocoa ingredients. If the cocoa ingredients are readily available, no deposit is necessary.
